THE DESERT - a versatile learning tool

As an ESL teacher of adult students, it is difficult to find material which manipulates basic vocabulary, but isn't childish (a.k.a. insulting) to my students. THE DESERT introduces basic adjectives and verbs and flavors them with ecology. I found it perfect for my adult students, many of whom live in the desert as well.
